Quickstart

QuickStart Guide

Get started with HyperZap in minutes. This guide will walk you through the basic setup and your first trade.

Prerequisites

  • Telegram account

  • USDC on Arbitrum network

  • Basic understanding of crypto trading

Step 1: Access the Bot

  1. Open Telegram

  2. Search for @HyperZapBot

  3. Click "Start" to begin interaction

Step 2: Wallet Setup

HyperZap uses a non-custodial wallet system for maximum security.

  1. Type /setup to initiate wallet creation

  2. Follow the prompts to:

    • Generate a new wallet

    • Securely store your recovery phrase

    • Set a trading password

⚠️ Important: Never share your recovery phrase or password with anyone, including HyperZap support.

Step 3: Fund Your Account

  1. Type /deposit to get your deposit address

  2. Send USDC (Arbitrum network) to the displayed address

  3. Wait for confirmation (typically 1-2 minutes)

  4. Check your balance with /balance

Step 4: Start Trading

Basic Commands

  • /buy - Place a buy order

  • /sell - Place a sell order

  • /position - View current positions

  • /price - Check current market prices

  • /help - List all available commands

Example Trade

To place a market buy order: /buy HYPE 100

This buys $100 worth of HYPE at market price.

Trading Fees

  • Perps Trading: 0.10%

  • Spot Trading: 1.0%

Security Best Practices

  1. Enable 2FA for additional security

  2. Never share your private keys

  3. Keep your recovery phrase offline

  4. Use a strong trading password

  5. Regularly check your position status

Common Issues

Transaction Pending

  • Check Arbitrum network status

  • Verify sufficient gas fees

  • Wait for network confirmation

Order Not Executing

  • Verify sufficient balance

  • Check price slippage settings

  • Confirm market liquidity
